The “Access to Vocational Chinese” Series is a series of vocational
Chinese language textbooks jointly developed by the Center for Language
Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and the Talent Center of
the Nonferrous Metals Industry. Based on the actual teaching development needs
of “Chinese + Vocational Skills” in various countries and relying on Chinese
vocational colleges, experts from various fields have been organized to
participate in the development. Referencing the Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for
International Chinese Language Education and the Chinese Proficiency Standards for Vocational Education, the textbooks
are divided into three levels: elementary, intermediate, and advanced. Each
level follows the compilation concepts of “integration of language and skills”
and “easy to learn, convenient to teach, and practical to use”. According to
the typical work scenarios, work tasks, and frequently used expressions in
relevant occupations, sections such as texts, conversations, language points,
and exercises are designed to continuously improve learners’ Chinese
application proficiency and key technical abilities in the field of vocational
technology, providing assistance for learners to quickly get familiar with and
adapt to the work environment.
This volume is Electronic Information Technology (Elementary).
By learning this textbook, local employees can effectively improve their
Chinese communication skills and technical operation proficiency. When engaged
in relevant work, they will be able to conduct simple work-related
communication with Chinese colleagues and clients in Chinese, master the usage
methods of tools, instruments, and equipment required for basic work, as well
as the full-process operation skills of electronic component testing and
soldering, and complete work in accordance with Chinese job instructions.
This textbook covers 10 typical work tasks, respectively: Production
Safety, Entering the Workshop, Using Tools, Using Instruments, Resistor
Testing, Capacitor Testing, Diode Testing, Transistor Testing, Wire Processing,
and Soldering Technology. The textbook integrates real work scenarios into the
work processes of these 10 typical tasks and designs corresponding texts,
enabling learners to carry out targeted learning based on their own job positions.
Through methods such as research and literature retrieval, the project team has
identified approximately 15 high-frequency words for each work task. Combined
with commonly used phrases and short sentences in electronic information
technology work, supporting content such as vocabulary exercises, text
exercises, grammar exercises, and comprehensive exercises is provided.
